- If you are looking to book for 70 or more guests then you will need to book this as an exclusive venue hire.
- To book an exclusive hire and secure your slot we require a £75 non-refundable deposit. We do allow extra time if paying by invoice, however if payment is not received by the given date on your invoice then your booking will be cancelled and the spaces released back to the online booking system.
- The final balance is due within 10 days of your event. Failure to make payment by this time may result in your booking being cancelled and you will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit.
- The prices given on the website for exclusive hire is for a one hour session of exclusive use on the arena only. This means that the public will still be allowed into the café during your session. If you require a price for exclusive venue hire (including use of the café) or a session for 2+ hours then we will provide you with a separate quote for this.
- Quotes are valid for 7 days. If you don’t book within this time, a new quote will be provided to you.
- Exclusive hires are non-transferable to another date without at least 7 days’ notice. You can only move your booking a maximum of one time within a 12 month period, depending on availability. In the event that it is not possible to change your boking date (due to other dates being fully booked already or not being able to find a date to suit your group) then you will have deemed to have cancelled the booking and will lose any payments made including the deposit and final balance.
